Catoctin Meadows is a 72 home (73 Lot) community resting comfortably along Route 690 Hillsboro Road and North 21st street.
The community is buffered from Route 7 by our HOA member owned 14.2 acres common open space of natural dense vegetation, forest, wetlands, wildlife and stream beds flowing with the waters of the South Fork Catoctin Creek, all protected by the Town of Purcellville's Historic Corridor Overlay District.

Our community is perfectly located at the northwest boundary corner of the town corporate limits and receive all service benefits provided by the town such as police, sewer, water, snow and weekly trash services, and community road maintenance. The lots are spacious (averaging around 0.5 acres), trees and wildlife are plentiful.
Our neighborhood includes an abundance of sidewalks connected within walking distance to the historic area of downtown Purcellville where you will find local retail shops, restaurants, and services. The W&OD trail head terminating at the Purcellville Train Station is only ¼ mile away, where people enjoy walking and biking nearly year round. Our neighborhood is also close to the many local wineries, breweries and other attractions in bucolic Western Loudoun County.
