Selling Your Home?

In compliance with the Code of Virginia Property Owners' Association Act, 55.1-1809 the Association will always provide "HOA Disclosure Packets" to the requesting Buyer's Agent, usually the Buyer's Title company.

The HOA has a onetime charge of $100.00 to the Buyer for this service.
Additionally, a new member registration fee of $25.00 is assessed to the Buyer to update members rolls for billing and mailing listings.

Payments for this service are made out to the CMHOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 1164, Purcellville, VA 20134-1164.
Moneys are deposited to the Association’s reserve fund account.

To request a "Disclosure Package” please contact the CM Board of Directors at [email protected] or click on the "Contact Us" link. Be sure to include your email address, sellers name and sellers’ property address in your request.

The CM HOA Disclosure Package shall be delivered via email within fourteen (14) days of receipt of request.

In support of our environment, the Association’s disclosure packages are “paperless” unless otherwise requested.
