The specific purposes of our Association are found within the Articles of Incorporation of CMHOA and specifically Article IV;

1. “to provide for the preservation, maintenance and management of certain community land and facilities located within the community” and,
2. “to provide architectural control for the residential properties” located within the community, and
3. “to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the community.”

These are more fully provided within the Declaration Covenants Condition and Restrictions (CC&R), and Article-V “Restrictive Covenants”, Sections 1-12 inclusive. 

The CC&R Article V, Section 12 specifically grants the Association the authority “to adopt such rules and regulations regarding Article V as it may from time to time consider necessary or appropriate.”

The Association “adopted rules and regulations” over the years have been captured within the Architectural Control Committed Authority and Requirements standard.
