Dear CMHOA Neighbors

We are sure you have been witness to the work starting on the 7/690 Interchange project. A few have also noticed some of the preliminary tree and bush removal along and adjacent to the creek bed. This is expected and anticipated.

To monitor the work and provide our legal counsel with objective evidence of land disturbance to support our eventual claim in court, we are fortunate to have members in our community proficient with overhead recreational drone operations and from time to time are willing to share their videos with the board and membership with no expectation of compensation of any type.

This is to notice membership to expect recurring drone monitoring over and adjacent to our common property. This is to ensure we are appropriately positioned when making our claim in court for reimbursement for land disturbance.

 Please feel free to drop the Board an email if you have any concerns and know that we will be prompt and responsive.
